Lisa Bain is the founder of Lisa Bain Ministries, a nonprofit devoted to bringing comfort, care,
and hope to people walking through life’s hardest seasons. Through Resilience Care Packages
and therapy dog visits, the ministry offers tangible support and meaningful connection—
reminding people they are not alone.

Lisa is a published author and longtime nonprofit leader, but more than anything, she’s someone
who has walked through hard places herself. Her journey shaped her heart for helping others find
purpose, even in the middle of brokenness.

Joining her is Moose, her gentle Bernese Mountain Dog and therapy dog, known for his calm,
steady presence. Moose doesn’t need the spotlight… he just shows up, sits close, and brings
peace into the room—whether it’s a hospital visit or storytime with kids.

Together with her therapy dogs, Mabel and Maddie, Lisa spends her days creating small
moments that make a big difference—reminding people that even in the hardest seasons, hope is
still here
