Cancer Warriors
Walking through cancer can bring feelings of loneliness, despair, and fear. We know how meaningful it is for a patient to receive encouragement at just the right time. Our Cancer Warrior Resilience Boxes and Bags are filled with items to bring practical help and warm comfort on the cancer journey: prayer quilts, money/gas cards, snack/spa bags, stuffed Mabel Joy pups, handmade necklaces, gratitude journals, tote bags, t-shirts, candles, and party hats to celebrate every moment of life! These items are designed to make treatment easier and bring a smile to each patient’s face. Each box and bag is packed prayerfully with a personal note of encouragement.

Serving Children in Crisis
First responders have asked us for bags containing practical items to accompany them when responding to children in crisis situations. These encounters are often traumatic for the children involved, but the items in our bags aim to provide comfort, a sense of safety, and hope. Our bags include a variety of items such as four books, including an activity resilience book, Mabel and Maddie coloring books, puzzles, a stuffed Mabel pup, sensory items like bubbles and gel balls, activity pads with games, cards, a t-shirt, snacks, a small blanket, and socks.
These carefully curated bags not only benefit the children in crisis but also offer support to the first responders. For just a $25 donation, you can provide a backpack for one of our local children in need. Your sponsorship of this initiative will make a significant difference in the lives of kids in our community!

Miles of Hope
Because Distance Should Never Be a Barrier to Care Every cancer journey comes with challenges—but for many rural Oklahoma patients, distance has become one of the hardest.
With recent treatment center closures, patients are now traveling hours, multiple times each week, to receive chemotherapy and radiation in Tulsa. For many families, the cost of fuel adds an overwhelming burden during an already difficult time.
Through our Miles of Hope Program, Lisa Bain Ministries provides gas cards to ensure no patient has to choose between getting to treatment and meeting basic needs like food, prescriptions, or caring for their family. Because of our generous sponsors, donors, and grant partners, this program continues to meet critical needs across our state.
One patient recently shared, with tears in his eyes, that receiving a gas card meant he could finally use his own money to buy a sandwich after chemotherapy—something he had been missing. Like so many, he knew his appetite would fade within hours, and that small moment mattered deeply. To him that sub sandwich was gold. I remember that moment so vividly with my Mom. These are the moments your generosity makes possible. Sometimes the smallest things make the biggest difference.
Thank you for helping us remove barriers, bring hope, and walk alongside patients—mile by mile.

Veterans and Gold Star Care Bags
Many veterans feel forgotten, with some never receiving a visit filled with encouragement or kindness. We’re determined to change that. Last year, we made a meaningful impact through care deliveries, with Mabel, Maddie, and Moose, our loyal companions, turning every visit into a memorable experience.
Our mission is to bless veterans with requested items, packing each bag with love and gratitude. For Gold Star families, who have faced unimaginable loss, we provide comfort and honor their loved ones through thoughtfully curated duffel bags. These include handmade patriotic quilts, red, white, and blue candles, journals, tumblers, books, spa items, money cards, stuffed Mabel pups, and personalized family requests.
Your sponsorship makes this possible. It’s a powerful way to show unwavering support for the heroes who have sacrificed so much for our nation.
