There is power in our scars because they are proof that God heals and redeems.
Brokenness. I have learned more about that word than I ever dreamed in this past year. But what I have learned is that the scars are truly proof that God is my healer! You are never too broken for God to use your story. In fact it is through the broken places that God truly shows up, and uses that story to help others. I have learned that some of those interruptions in my life that seemed like God had abandoned me, were really divine appointments, where God was literally saving me! I just
did not see the entire picture. He did. One piece at a time. Sometimes the toughest lessons in life, the biggest hurts, are the most important parts of my life’s puzzle! Those dark pieces, part of the foundation that God uses to catapult me to the next season he has waiting. What I learned in that dark place gave me the tools for what was ahead.
I may just walk up to the mountain and see how BIG that mountain is. God is already on the other side waiting for me. He knows how to get me to the other side. Whether it is around it, or through it, He is there. Every broken place in my life, used for His glory, and ultimately my healing.
He is so good at fixing broken things and making them beautiful.
