Breast Cancer Survivor Spring Fashion Show
Join us for the Woodland Hills Mall’s annual Breast Cancer Survivor and First Responder Fashion Show, taking place on Saturday, May 18th, at 2 PM in the lower-level center court.
This event is a chance to support local breast cancer survivors, spotlighting members of support groups like Project 31, Susan G. Komen, and Soulful Survivors. As these brave survivors take to the runway, they’ll be escorted by dedicated volunteers from the Police, Fire, and Sheriff departments.
The show will be hosted by Lisa Bain and Edie Tolbert, founders of impactful nonprofits. Lisa Bain, the visionary behind Lisa Bain Ministries, extends hope and aid to those confronting illness or crisis. Meanwhile, Edie Tolbert, a resilient 16-year breast cancer survivor and founder of Stonebrook Project, champions holistic support for cancer patients through complimentary Oncology Massage Therapy.
Sheriff Vic Regalado, a recent cancer survivor himself, joins the event as a special guest. Having undergone treatment during the previous year’s show, Sheriff Regalado joins this year’s festivities to celebrate a cancer-free status alongside these extraordinary women.
Attendees can see the latest styles from popular brands such as Dillard’s, Macy’s, Buckle, Talbots, Chicos, Gap, Men’s District, and more. It’s a celebration of strength and style, where survivors shine and support shines brighter.
